I grew up in Soldotna, AK as a little girl and started drawing at 11 years old. I took art classes in high school and fell in love with painting. When I attended college, I signed up for as many art classes as I could take while pursuing my BA in Elementary Ed. I moved back to the Kenai Peninsula with my husband and we are raising our kids here in the beautiful land of Alaska. I enjoy taking pictures of Alaska things and trying to recreate it through art.
